30ml gin – a quality London dry gin is ideal
15ml Lillet Blanc – an aromatic French aperitif wine
15ml sake – select a smooth, medium-bodied variety
Measure the gin, Lillet Blanc and sake into a shaker, include a generous scoop of ice and stir for 30 seconds to chill well. Pour into a frosty martini glass and enjoy.
